PRO VELOSYN 5W30 (LL-04)
Pro Velosyn 5W30 is a synthetic multigrade engine oil API CF-4/SN. It is blended with a unique high performance additive package in conjunction with top quality synthetic base oils. The product was developed for top end API licensed categories, for the latest high performance engines manufactured in Europe. It is blended with a non-dispersant Viscosity Index Improver (V.I.I) that provides exceptional engine cleanliness, high and low temperature stability and can withstand very severe service conditions during its usage.
PRO VELOCITY 5W40
Pro Velocity is a full synthetic SAE 5W40 blended with Group III, synthetic type base oils using an advanced Heat Seek Technology (HST) additive package, which is unique to the Pro Oil SA brand, developed with a non-dispersant V.I Improver. It provides high temperature stability and can withstand severe service conditions. It has a proven ability to reduce both oil and fuel consumption. It also allows for longer oil drain intervals and eliminates cylinder wear. Pro Velocity is a proven 5W40 Full Synthetic engine oil. This oil is also suitable for diesel engines calling for a CF specification.
PRO ADVANCE 10W40
Pro Advance is a semi synthetic SAE 10W40 blended with solvent neutralized and Synthetic type base oils. It is blended with an advanced technology additive package and is developed with a non-dispersant V.I (Viscosity Index) improver. It provides high temperature stability and can withstand severe service conditions. It has a proven ability to reduce both oil and fuel consumption, allows for longer oil drain intervals and reduces cylinder wear.
PRO ULTRA DUTY PLUS T/D 15W40 CI-4/SL
Pro Ultra Duty Plus 15W40 is an advanced premium, high performance CI-4/SL diesel (HPDO) engine oil, designed to perform and meet the demanding requirements of new generation low emission diesel engines. Blended from high quality, fully approved, virgin base stocks and supported with the newest technology multifunctional additive pack, providing excellent anti-wear protection, resistance to bore polishing and provides superior engine cleanliness. Pro Ultra Duty Plus T/D 15W40 may be used with confidence in mixed American and European fleets both on and off road, and carries the latest API CI-4/SL and ACEA E7-04 and CAT ECF-2 specifications.
PRO ULTRA DUTY T/D 15W40 CH-4/SL
Pro Ultra Duty T/D 15W40 CH-4/SL is an advanced high performance diesel (HPDO) SAE 15W40 multigrade engine oil, designed to perform under the toughest conditions for diesel engines from naturally aspirated to turbo charged units. Blended from virgin base stocks and supported with the newest technology multifunctional additive pack, providing excellent anti-wear protection, resistance to bore polishing and provides superior engine cleanliness. Ultra Duty T/D 15W40 has been specially formulated to reduce the effects of high sulphur fuels which could result in premature engine failure.
PRO SYNTEC 15W40 CI-4+/SL (SYNTHETIC)
Pro Syntec 15W40 CI-4+ is an advanced semi synthetic Extreme Heavy Performance Diesel (XHPD) engine oil, formulated to provide maximum protection in both modern, high-output engines including those with EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculating) technology, as well as older engines that operate with high or low sulphur fuels. Its superior detergent-dispersant additive system blended with a high viscosity Group II synthetic base fluid provides ultimate protection to high output turbo-charged engines.
PRO MULTIFARM 15W40
Pro Multifarm 15W40 is a multigrade super tractor oil universal (STOU), which is designed primarily for use in both normally aspirated and turbo charged diesel engines, most transmissions and hydraulic systems found on modern agriculture implements. It is designed to maximise the protection of agricultural equipment, thereby reducing maintenance costs, downtime and extending the equipment’s running life. Pro Multifarm 15W40 is formulated from HVI Base Oils and high performance internationally formulated additives.
PRO REVOLUSYN 25W50 CI-4
Pro Revolusyn 25W50 CI-4 is a uniquely formulated multigrade engine oil, specially engineered to provide specific benefits to meet the most difficult and arduous operating conditions. It is particularly designed for high mileage, out of warranty engines. Pro Revolusyn 25W50 stays within viscosity rating with up to 6% fuel dilution. It is blended from high quality, solvent neutralized hydrocarbon, semi-synthetic (Group 2), virgin base oils and is supported with the latest technology in multifunctional additive packs.
PRO HEAVY DUTY SAE 30 CF-2/SF
Pro Heavy Duty SAE 30 is manufactured from premium quality and high viscosity index virgin based mineral oils and supported by international approved additive package, which provides good levels of engine protection. Blending is undertaken by a blend plant, which meets with all the procedures required, by ISO 9002 and is currently in progress to achieve the desired rating.
PRO HEAVY DUTY SAE 40 CF-2/SF
Pro Heavy Duty SAE 40 is manufactured from premium quality and high viscosity index virgin based mineral oils and supported by international approved additive package, which provides good levels of engine protection. Blending is undertaken by a blend plant, which meets with all the procedures required, by ISO 9002 and is currently in progress to achieve the desired rating.
PRO HEAVY DUTY SAE 50
Pro Heavy Duty Diesel SAE 50 is a high quality crankcase oil containing zinc-dithiophosphate anti-wear additive, detergent dispersant, oxidation inhibitor, de-foament and pour point depressant. This product can also be used for a transmission oil in Fuller transmissions.
PRO TWO STROKE OIL
Pro Two Stroke Oil is recommended for the lubrication of all two-stroke, air-cooled petrol engines, i.e. motorcycles, mopeds, lawn mowers, chain saws etc. Manufacturers’ recommendations should be followed to ensure correct oil/fuel mixture, but as a general guide a mixture of one-part oil to twenty parts petrol would be suitable for the above equipment.
PLEASE NOTE: This oil is not to be used in outboard engines. Please refer to Pro Super Outboard Oil.
PRO SYN TWO STROKE +
Pro Syn Two Stroke + is blended with a specified percentage of synthetic additives, synthetic base oils and a multifunctional additive package, containing anti-oxidants, anti-wear agents, anti-rust, detergents and dispersants. It is especially formulated to protect pre-ignition and spark plug fouling. It is recommended for use in motorcycle engines, as well as two stroke chainsaws and brush cutters. Pro Syn Two Stroke + is a low smoke product with excellent rust protection during extended engine storage.

PRO SLIDEWAY OILS (VG 68 & 220)
Pro Slideway Oils are specially formulated multi-functional oils. It contains carefully selected friction controlling agents together with extreme pressure, anti-oxidant, anti-wear, anti-corrosion, anti-foam and tackiness additives. It is formulated using virgin base oils to combine the anti-stick-slip, adhesive and protection properties of a slideway lubricant with the anti-wear properties of modern hydraulic oils. Their dual-purpose nature enables the user to rationalize machine shop lubricants.
PRO PROCESS OIL RANGE
Pro Process Oil are manufactured from group II, virgin, base oils. Pro Process Oil contains no additives and therefore their application is restricted to the use as a raw material or as an aid in the manufacturing process of rubber, plastic, etc.

PRO HEAT TRANSFER OIL 32
Pro Heat Transfer Oil 32 is a synthetic technology and thermally stable, single, base oil for use in modern, enclosed, heat transfer systems. It is also suitable for certain quenching applications. The ability of this oil to flow rapidly at a low temperature ensures quick circulation at start up and less risk of overheating. Pro Heat Transfer Oil has a high viscosity index, excellent chemical and thermal stability, as well as good oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Pro Heat Transfer Oil is suitable for closed heat transfer systems working in a temperature range of -10 to 340 °C.
PRO CUTTERBAR 150
Pro Cutterbar 150 has been formulated for the lubrication of the chain on a hand held chainsaw. This product contains a tacky additive to prevent fling-off whilst the chainsaw is in operation. The tackiness of the additive used in the oil helps to ensure that sufficient lubrication exists on the chain itself. Pro Cutterbar 150 is applied to an entirely separate tank on the main body of the chainsaw and must not be put into the oil used in the 2-stroke engine. When Pro Cutterbar 150 is filled into the separate tank for the chainsaw, the engine pump supplies the Cutterbar oil into the groove to lubricate the groove/pegs, that is attached to the chain, interface.
PRO CIRCULATING OIL RANGE (WITH R&O)
Pro Circulating Oils, are manufactured using highly refined paraffinic mineral base oils, which are additive free. These lubricants possess inherently high resistance to oxidation and emulsification and therefore offer extended long service life with minimum deterioration of properties during the working life of the oil. Pro Circulating Oils primarily are recommended for use in general purpose, industrial “once through” lubrication systems, circulating systems such as rolling mills, light duty gear cases, engine air cleaners, machine tools, air compressors, vacuum and centrifugal pumps and a variety of lubrication where uninhibited oils are recommended.

PRO ROCKDRILL OIL 150
Pro Rockdrill Oils are mostly used in the Mining, and Industrial, sector that are subjected to severe operations and are blended from high quality base oils and contains extreme pressure additives, suitable for use in all pneumatic rock drills.
Pro Rockdrill Oils are available in VG 100, 150, 220 and 320.
PRO Mould Release Oil
Pro Mould Release oil is used neat. It may be used for the release of moulds such as those used in the construction of formwork and shuttering. It is suitable for use in all operations as a general purpose mould release fluid. It can be used in a wide variety of applications such as the construction of concrete using metal shutters. It should be used as supplied and should be applied to the moulds by brush or spray.
PRO INDUSTRIAL GEAR OIL RANGE
Pro Industrial Gear Oils are a range of high quality, lead free, sulphur phosphorous, extreme pressure oils, having excellent thermal stability and high load carrying capacity. Pro Industrial Gear Oils provide excellent corrosion protection, anti-foam characteristics, demulsibility and oxidation resistance. The range consists of VG 68, 150, 220, 320, 460 and 680.
Hydraulic Oils
Newtonsphere are large suppliers of Group 2, 10 micron (10µm) cleanliness Hydraulic Oils. These Hydraulic Oils have a higher viscosity index (VI) than that of most hydraulic oils find in the market . Our Pro HVI (High Viscostiy Index) Hydraulic Fluid range is very popular throughout the Injection Moulding Industry for more arduous and high pressure systems. By using the high viscosity index oils, it will result in your equipment achieving longer life as well as reducing energy costs. We carry a full compliment of industrial wear protection needed in any factory or plant for optimum results.
Pro Oil SA is proud to announce our new addition to the Pro HVI Hydraulic Fluid range – Pro HVI Hydraulic 68 (VI 175). This product was specifically designed towards the mining industry, but can be used in any other sector, where reducing energy is required.
PRO HYDRAULIC FLUID RANGE
Pro Hydraulic Fluids are premium quality anti-wear hydraulic oils specially developed with solvent refined, high viscosity index, Group II base oils, to provide a high level of thermal stability. These oils are pumped through a 10 micron absolute filter, upon drumming to create the cleanest hydraulic oil and will extend filter life for that of plastic injection moulding companies, etc.
Pro Hydraulic Fluids range from VG 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100 and VG 150 which is supported with international approved additive packages, providing the desired quality performance as required by major original equipment manufacturers.
PRO HVI HYDRAULIC FLUID RANGE (VG 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150)
Pro Hydraulic HVI Fluid oils are premium quality, shear stable, anti-wear hydraulic oils for use in high pressure hydraulic systems subject to wide variations in ambient and operating temperatures. In addition to the anti-corrosion and anti-foam additives included in the Pro Hydraulic Fluid HVI range, these oils contain a viscosity improver which enables them to flow freely at sub-zero temperatures. Whilst at elevated temperatures, their viscosity is sufficient for them to operate satisfactorily as heavy duty hydraulic oils. This product is specially developed with solvent refined, high viscosity index, Group II base oils (semi synthetic), to provide a high level of thermal stability.
PRO HVI HYDRAULIC FLUID 68 (VI 175)
Pro HVI Hydraulic Fluid 68 (VI 175), specifically formulated for the mining industry, is a premium quality, shear stable, anti-wear hydraulic oil for use in high pressure hydraulic systems subject to wide variations in ambient and operating temperatures. In addition to the anti-corrosion and anti-foam additives included in the Pro Hydraulic Fluid HVI 68, this oil contains a viscosity improver to acquire a minimum count of a 175 centistokes Viscosity Index, which enables them to flow freely at sub-zero temperatures. Whilst at elevated temperatures, their viscosity is sufficient for them to operate satisfactorily as heavy duty hydraulic oils.
PRO ZF HYDRAULIC FLUID RANGE
Pro ZF Hydraulic Fluids are superior quality zinc free hydraulic oils developed to provide exceptional operating performance for the life of the oil in service. They conform to the international ISO classification type oils, which are inhibited against rust and oxidation and contain anti-wear additives. These oils are made from virgin based, solvent refined (GROUP II), high viscosity index base oils, incorporating cutting edge
additives which provide the desired quality performance required by major original engine and equipment builders.
PRO ENVIROSYN HO RANGE
Pro Envirosyn HO Range is based on synthetic esters which show a very good chemical resistance in high performance hydraulic systems. Due to its nature Pro Envirosyn HO has extremely good viscosity/temperature properties, a high thermal stability and superior anti-wear properties due to its excellent lubricity. Additionally, due to the incorporated additive system, very good oxidative as well as hydrolytic stability is achieved. Good corrosion protection is of course also ensured. Pro Envirosyn HO shows a good biological biodegradability.
Pro Envirosyn HO is available in VG 46 and VG 68.
PRO FR HYDRAULIC FLUID RANGE
Pro FR Hydraulic Fluids is a fire resistant hydraulic fluid type HFC (aqueous solution of polymers with a water content >35%). Pro FR Hydraulic Fluids contains in aqueous solution a combination of glycols of different chain lengths as well as special additives for wear and corrosion protection. Pro FR Hydraulic Fluids are used in all areas where the risk of fire hazard exists, as in the steel industry in forging shops, heat treatment shops, casting shops – especially in die casting shops and in underground hard coal mines.
The Pro FR Hydraulic Fluid is available in VG 46 and VG 68.

PRO UNI-CUT 430
Pro Uni-Cut 430 is a universal, multi-functional, group II (2) lubricant with chlorinated additives to provide exacting results. Pro Uni-Cut 430 is a highly-specialized oil, engineered to be used firstly as a cutting fluid, but in some cases also to be used as a hydraulic / circulating medium where needed and can also be used as a slideway lubricants were appropriate.
PRO ESTCUT 100
Pro Estcut 100 is an emulsion-type metalworking fluid, mineral oil and ester-containing (synthetic). It gives whitish medium-disperse emulsions suitable for rough and fine machining on aluminium, steel and cast materials. Applicable in low to medium water-hardness range, Pro Estcut 100 distinguishes by its excellent emulsion stability, requiring no post-preservation, generally. The oil content and the effective additive system provide good rust preventability, stable pH flow as well as good filterability.
PRO BROACH OIL
Pro Broach is a very high quality mineral cutting fluid with extreme pressure, fatty substances and extreme pressure (EP) additives. Pro Broach has a high level of EP additives and it is used for more heavy duty machining operations. It has a high intensity of oil film which was produced by sulphur, chlorine and phosphorus EP additives, and in high pressure and high temperature conditions it can effectively reduce the direct friction between metal surfaces and cutting tools, evidently prolong the tool life, lowed the roughness of metal surface and high precision of work-piece is guaranteed.
PRO DRAWING OIL
Pro Drawing Oil is a low viscosity, non-water-miscible oil for metal forming. It is a mineral oil, containing chlorinated paraffin’s. Pro Drawing Oil should not be subjected to high temperatures and should be at an ambient temperature before use. Pro Drawing Oil is suitable for cold extrusion of hexagonal socket screws, deep drawing of stainless steel parts, as well as drawing of nickel wires.
TRANSMISSION
Our transmission oils include automatic transmission fluids, universal tractor transmission oils (UTTO), as well as TO-4 type oils.
All our transmission lubricants are blended with Group 2 base oils. We also offer Group 3, PAO and Ester based synthetic transmission oils.
PRO UNITRAC TRANS 10W30 (UTTO)
Pro Unitrac Trans 10W30 is a Universal Tractor Transmission Oil (UTTO), for use as a power transmission lubricant, which is specifically formulated to provide excellent anti-wear properties. The additive pack has been designed to prevent squawk and chatter. This product is designed for use in the hydraulic/transmission units where tractors are fitted with paper immersed brake systems and requiring a low viscosity lubricant.
PRO TO-4 RANGE
PRO TO-4 Range combines superior additive technology with high quality base stocks. It is formulated for use in Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment which specify, TO-4 transmission qualified oils. It also exceeds the performance requirements of the Allison C-4 specification. Pro TO-4 Oils range from SAE 10W, 30, 40, 50 and SAE 60 and provides excellent wear protection and extends component life.
PRO ATF DX II
Pro ATF DX II is a high quality automatic transmission fluid (ATF), formulated from High Viscosity Index virgin base oils combined with viscosity index improvers, anti-oxidants, anti-wear agents, detergents, dispersants and special additives to provide the controlled frictional characteristics required to meet the requirements of automatic transmissions. Pro ATF DX II is used in car and light truck automatic transmissions as well as on and off-highway heavy duty automatic transmissions and power steering systems.
PRO ATF DX III
Pro ATF DX III is a premium quality automatic transmission fluid (ATF) formulated using synthetic type base oils including multifunctional additives with V.I. (Viscosity Improvers), anti-wear agents, detergents and dispersants plus red dye. It is suitable to give universal performance for extended periods of operation. It also provides the controlled frictional characteristics required to meet Allison C-4 requirements.

PRO HYDRAULIC FLUID RANGE
Pro Hydraulic Fluids are premium quality anti-wear hydraulic oils specially developed with solvent refined, high viscosity index, Group II base oils, to provide a high level of thermal stability. These oils are pumped through a 10 micron absolute filter, upon drumming to create the cleanest hydraulic oil and will extend filter life for that of plastic injection moulding companies, etc. Pro Hydraulic Fluids range from VG 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100 and VG 150 which is supported with international approved additive packages, providing the desired quality performance as required by major original equipment manufacturers.
PRO HVI HYDRAULIC FLUID RANGE (VG 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150)
Pro Hydraulic HVI Fluid oils are premium quality, shear stable, anti-wear hydraulic oils for use in high pressure hydraulic systems subject to wide variations in ambient and operating temperatures. In addition to the anti-corrosion and anti-foam additives included in the Pro Hydraulic Fluid HVI range, these oils contain a viscosity improver which enables them to flow freely at sub-zero temperatures. Whilst at elevated temperatures, their viscosity is sufficient for them to operate satisfactorily as heavy duty hydraulic oils. This product is specially developed with solvent refined, high viscosity index, Group II base oils (semi synthetic), to provide a high level of thermal stability.
PRO HVI HYDRAULIC FLUID 68 (VI 175)
Pro HVI Hydraulic Fluid 68 (VI 175), specifically formulated for the mining industry, is a premium quality, shear stable, anti-wear hydraulic oil for use in high pressure hydraulic systems subject to wide variations in ambient and operating temperatures. In addition to the anti-corrosion and anti-foam additives included in the Pro Hydraulic Fluid HVI 68, this oil contains a viscosity improver to acquire a minimum count of a 175 centistokes Viscosity Index, which enables them to flow freely at sub-zero temperatures. Whilst at elevated temperatures, their viscosity is sufficient for them to operate satisfactorily as heavy duty hydraulic oils.

Pro ATF DX II is a high quality automatic transmission fluid (ATF), formulated from High Viscosity Index virgin base oils combined with viscosity index improvers, anti-oxidants, anti-wear agents, detergents, dispersants and special additives to provide the controlled frictional characteristics required to meet the requirements of automatic transmissions. Pro ATF DX II is used in car and light truck automatic transmissions as well as on and off-highway heavy duty automatic transmissions and power steering systems.

Pro Unitrac Trans 10W30 is a Universal Tractor Transmission Oil, for use as a power transmission lubricant, which is specifically formulated to provide excellent anti-wear properties. The additive pack has been designed to prevent squawk and chatter. Pro Unitrac Trans 10W30 is designed for use in the hydraulic/transmission units where tractors are fitted with paper immersed brake systems and requiring a low viscosity lubricant.
PRO TO-4 OIL RANGE
The Pro TO-4 range combines superior additive technology with high quality base stocks. It is formulated for use in Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment which specify, TO-4 transmission qualified oils. It also exceeds the performance requirements of the Allison C-4 specification.
Pro TO-4 is recommended for the lubrication of heavy duty equipment in both on highway and off highway service that require a lubricant meeting the Caterpillar TO-4, Allison C-4 or API GL-3 specifications.
Pro TO-4 is available in SAE 10W, 30, 40, 50 and SAE 60.

PRO SYNTH IGO RANGE
Pro Synth Industrial Gear Oils is a polyalphaolefin (PAO) based gear oil that reduces wear and heat buildup. The PAO properties of the gear oil has a high film strength and will absorb high shock loads and demulsify quickly. Pro Synth Industrial Gear Oils have superior shear stability and because of its high VI (Viscosity Index) will replace a wide range of gear oils in the most severe applications. It is also compatible with all mineral oils and most seals and seal materials. Pro Synth Industrial Gear Oils will extend oil change intervals up to ten time more than normal gear oils and can be used on all Industrial Gear boxes of any make and type i.e. Worm, Helical, Spur, Bevel, etc.
PRO MULTISYNTH GL-5 75W90 (PAO & YUBASE)
Pro Multisynth GL-5 75W90 is a full synthetic, heavy duty, multigrade gear oil, with extreme pressure additives. It is formulated from synthetic PAO (Polyalphaolefin) and Yubase base stocks and consists of the latest additive technology. Pro Multisynth GL-5 75W90 is suitable for the lubrication of manual gearboxes and hypoid axle units, including synchromesh units fitted to automotive, commercial, agricultural, industrial and mining machines. It designates the type of service characteristics of gears, particularly hypoid, in heavy duty applications and other automotive equipment operating under high speed/shock loaded, conditions.
PRO SYN-COMP RANGE (SYNTHETIC COMPRESSOR OILS)
Pro Synt Compressor Oils are a range of fully synthetic compressor oils. It is blended with Polyalphaolefin (PAO), full synthetic, base oils.

Pro HD Complex EP 2 (400) is a multi-purpose lead free lithium complex grease, with excellent high temperature performance and long life capability. Good fretting corrosion performance, low water washout and good protection against bearing corrosion, combined with excellent mechanical stability and load-carrying capability makes it an ideal multi-purpose grease. Pro HD Complex EP 2 (400) consistently gives excellent high temperature performance and a wide operating temperature field from -20 °C to +150 °C.
PRO HD COMPLEX EP 3
Pro HD Complex EP 3 is a multi-purpose lead free lithium complex grease, with excellent high temperature performance and long life capability. Good fretting corrosion performance, low water washout and good protection against bearing corrosion, combined with excellent mechanical stability and load-carrying capability makes it an ideal multi-purpose grease. Pro HD Complex EP 3 is suitable for all grease applications. It is especially suitable for grease lubricated bearings at low and high speeds and is particularly recommended for wheel bearings, general purpose grease and anti-friction bearings. Being NLGI 3, this product is not suitable for centralised greasing systems.
PRO UBER ALL EP 2
Pro Uber All EP 2 is a multi-purpose grease incorporating an extreme pressure additive package, which possesses the additional advantage of improving corrosion protection and resistance to water. The NLGI consistency is a number 2. Pro Uber All Grease is based on high quality base oils blended with lithium hydroxystearate and calcium soap and possesses excellent mechanical stability as well as good load carrying, anti-corrosion and water-resisting properties. This grease is
suitable for operations up to 160°C.
PRO UBER ALL EP 3
Pro Uber All EP 3 is a multi-purpose grease incorporating an extreme pressure additive package, which possesses the additional advantage of improving corrosion protection. PRO LITHCA M2 G3 EP 2 (400)
Pro Lithca EP 2 (400) M2 G3 is a heavy duty extreme pressure, lithium calcium, greases giving excellent water repelling properties and in combination with a high viscosity base oil, enhances lubricity and load carrying capacity. The increased content of a synergistic solid lubricant combination gives an excellent load carrying and anti-wear characteristic. Pro Lithca EP 2 (400) M2 G3 has been specially developed for applications where the combination of loads, medium to slow speeds and water washout exclude the use of conventional products. Pro Lithca EP 2 (400) M2 G3 is recommended for the lubrication of large size spherical roller bearings subject to high load and slow rotations, a situation where microslip is likely to occur. The typical applications are pins & bushes, chassis, trunnion bearings on rotating drums, support and thrust rollers on rotary kilns and dryers, slewing ring bearings, high pressure roller mills and crushers.
PRO MARINE CS EP 2 (400)
Pro Marine CS EP 2 (400) is a top quality water-repellent grease. It is a high formulated grease and specifically formulated towards the marine industry as well as industrial sectors. It has a very high resistance to change in temperature. The drop point is above 300°C and has excellent properties at high loads due to the high viscosity of the base oil and the calcium sulphonate complex. Pro Marine CS EP 2 also offers excellent mechanical stability in roller bearings (all kinds of bearings), slide ways and joints.
PRO POLYUREA EP 2 (100)
Pro Polyurea EP 2 is a specially formulated grease containing highly refined base oils, polyurea thickener, synergistic combination of EP/AW-additives and special corrosion & oxidation inhibitors. Pro Polyurea EP 2 can be used on a wide variety of applications such as: industrial ball and roller bearings, generator bearings, electric motor bearings, fan bearings, high speed spindles, alternator bearings, water pump bearings, etc.
PRO WIRE ROPE DRESSING
Pro Wire Rope Dressing is a black, high viscous and adhesive bitumen-based lubricant with long-lasting protection over a wide range of operating conditions and equipment requirements. Pro Wire Rope Dressing is formulated to lubricate wire ropes, open gears and pinions under the exposure to the elements. It contains a volatile non-flammable solvent for easier application.
PRO ALUMINE EP 2 (400)
Pro Alumine EP 2 (400) is a high performance aluminium complex grease, with excellent high temperature performance and long life capability. It has good fretting corrosion performance, very low water washout and good protection against bearing corrosion. Combined with excellent mechanical stability and load-carrying capability, makes it the ideal high load grease for lower speeds. It consistently gives excellent high temperature performance and a wide operating temperature field from 15°C to +150°C. This grease is fortified with anti-rust, anti-oxidant, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives that gives this product outstanding anti-scuff protection.
PRO LITHIUM MG EP 2 (960)
Pro Lithium MG EP2 (960) is a high quality lithium based grease, blended from solvent refined oils and incorporate multi functional extreme pressure additives as well as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, graphite and molybdenum disulphide. It is suitable for operating temperatures between –30°C and 130°C. Solid lubricant film protects against wear under high load conditions. Pro Lithium MG EP2 (960) are designed for use in slow speed and highly loaded plain and roller bearings as well as for shock loading conditions in steel mills.
PRO OG M1 C1
Pro OG M1 C1 is a lubricant, developed for intermitted application to open gears for mills and kilns in the mining, steel and power generation industries. Pro OG M1 C1 is best controlled, when applied, via an automatic spray to optimize consumption and create minimal waste which has to be disposed of safely. Pro OG M1 C1 has excellent adhesion, suitable for low consumption rates, which is based on the latest technology from Europe and America and specially modified for use in South Africa. Pro OG M1 C1 is designed to be sprayed through all automatic lubrication systems, and can also be used with a drip feed or brush application. It is mainly used in the mining, steel, power stations, cement and sugar industry. Pro OG M1 C1 is a highly viscous fluid, which is chemically fortified.
PRO OPEN GEAR L
Pro Open Gear L is a high performance open gear and wire rope lubricant fortified with EP dditives and solid lubricants. Pro Open Gear L does not contain solvents, heavy metals or bitumen. Pro Open Gear L is water resistant and resists fling off due to the polymers and high viscosity base oils. Pro Open Gear L is used on gears where there are heavy loads and slow speeds and can also be used on wire ropes.
PRO LXS GREASE 100 EP 2 (SYNTHETIC)
Pro LXS 100 Grease is a synthetic, lead free lithium complex grease, with excellent high temperature performance and long-life capability. It has good fretting and corrosion performance, low water washout and good protection against bearing corrosion. Pro LXS 100 has excellent mechanical stability as well as good load-carrying capability which makes it an ideal multi-purpose grease. Pro LXS 100 consistently gives excellent high temperature performance and a wide operating temperature range from, minus 35°C to +230°C.
PRO BENTONITE EP 2 M
Pro Bentonite EP 2 M is an inorganic clay based grease for plain and rolling bearings operating at temperatures higher than those at which conventional soap based greases can be used. Pro Bentonite EP 2 M is a grey/black coloured multipurpose grease containing anti-corrosion, solid lubricants and EP additives. It is suitable for most conditions, especially at elevated temperatures. The grease performance is limited only by the properties of the base oil. This grease will give excellent service life at temperatures more than 160°C, provided the re-lubrication period is suitably adjusted.

Unlike your higher performance coolants like Long Life Antifreeze, it is recommended to change the coolant every year. Pro Antifreeze / Coolants is also free from silicates and borates.

Compressor & Refrigeration Oils
Our compressor & refrigeration oils range from Group II, semi synthetic, oils for reciprocating and vane compressors, to rotary screw compressors. The compressor oil range is also available in full synthetic PAO (Polyalphaolefin), which are specially designed for reciprocating screw and rotary-vane compressors and turbines. PRO COMPRESSOR OIL RANGE
Pro Compressor Oils are a range of quality compressor oils formulated from virgin stock semi-synthetic (Group II) base oils and incorporates additive technology aimed at minimizing oxidation, deposit-formation and foaming. Pro Arcticair M 68 is a high quality naphthenic mineral oil. It is used in rotary and reciprocating refrigeration compressors. It has excellent fluidity at low temperatures and improves heat transfer. Pro Arcticair M 68 has excellent lubricity characteristics and due to improved heat distribution, will save
energy.
PRO ARCTICAIR S RANGE (POE – POLYOL ESTER)
Pro Arcticair S is a range of high performance fully synthetic, ester based, lubricants especially designed for the lubrication of commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning compressors and systems, using ozone-friendly HFC refrigerants. Pro Arcticair S range is suitable for HFC, HCFC and HFO refrigerant gasses in reciprocating, screw, rotary, centrifugal and scroll compressors. HFC refrigerants: R134a, R404A, R507A and R407C.
Degreasers & Chemicals
Pro Oil SA has a wide variety of cleaning chemicals and degreasers. The products range from solvent parts degreasers, to water-based bio-degradable degreasers as well as handcleaners. We have concentrated degreasers for heavy duty cleaning as well as medium duty degreasers for painted floors, engines, machinery exteriors, tools, equipment, tiles, overalls, hoses, upholstery and carpets. Other products in our range include concrete cleaner, stainless steel and aluminium cleaner and vehicle wash.
POWER PARAFFIN
Power Paraffin is a solvent based degreaser & cleaner that is green in colour. It is mainly used in the commercial and industrial sector as a parts degreaser/cleaner. Power Paraffin is mainly used in parts washers (bath type), but can be used by pouring it onto a cloth or brush for cleaning. In the parts washer the product is poured into the bath type washer and then pumped (circulated) through a small nozzle onto the parts for cleaning. By circulating the fluid through the washer pump, the product gets filtered and re-used.
BIO-D RAW
Bio-D Raw is a concentrated, heavy duty water based degreaser wich is bio-degradable and environmentally friendly. It is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic. Contains anti-rust and anti-corrosion agents. No added colorants or perfumes, no bacteria, caustic soda, solvents or acids. Safe on rubber, plastics and most painted surfaces, can be used through pressure cleaners and foamers. Draws oil from concrete. Applications include: concrete and painted floors, engines, machinery exteriors, tools, equipment, tiles, overalls, hoses, upholstery, carpets, all metals. Not suitable for metallic paints. Contact time: 2 minutes.
BIO-D EXTRA
Bio-D Extra is a medium duty water-based, bio-degradable and environmentally friendly degreaser. It is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic. Contains anti-rust and anti-corrosion agents. No added colorants or perfumes, no bacteria, caustic soda, solvents or acids. Safe on rubber, plastics and most painted surfaces, can be used through pressure cleaners and foamers. Draws oil from concrete. Applications include: concrete and painted floors, engines, machinery exteriors, tools, equipment, tiles, overalls, hoses, upholstery, carpets, all metals. Not suitable for metallic paints. Contact time: 2 minutes.
PSD 500
PSD 500 is a clear solvent based degreaser used for heavy grease and oil cleaning applications. It contains various surfactants to allow deeper penetration into heavy soiled applications. If cleaned and dried properly, there will be no oily residue left on any metal parts. It has a blend of solvents to dissolve stubborn oil, light and medium duty tar and grease from most surfaces. Applications include: cleaning engine parts, chains, bearings and engines and is best used in dip tank applications.It has an optimum level of wetting agents to enable it to penetrate porous surfaces and be effective, yet still rinse off easily. Contains sequestering agents which enables it to be used in hard or soft water areas effectively. PSD 500 is volatile and therefore should be stoppered on storage. It has anti corrosion agents built in to reduce corrosion. PSD 500 does not remove paint.
PSD 1000
PSD 1000 is a powerful solvent degreaser with citrus fragrance. Low fumes, with penetrating surfactant for heavy duty degreasing. This heavy duty degreaser is suitable for dip tanks, rope-grease, bearing grease, chains, and for cleaning off transformer oils and water-resistant lubricants. This product contains no water and can be used on most painted surfaces, metals, concrete, porous/non-porous surfaces, engine and is an efficient de-carboniser. PSD 1000 contains anti-oxidising agents and emits low fumes, making it a safer, friendlier product to use in badly ventilated areas. Use undiluted.
GREASOLVE
Greasolve is a water-based degreaser suitable for food industry. Concentrated, non-caustic, general purpose. Food grade. Its blended solvents dissolve stubborn oil & grease. Contains wetting agents to penetrate porous surfaces, rinses off easily. Non-caustic and therefore completely safe for use on all surfaces, including aluminium. Effective in both hard and soft water areas. Unfragranced, suitable for use in all food industry applications. Applications include: Industrial/household ovens, engines, machines, stains, ink, grease, oil, bloodstains, general household and kitchen duties, floors & walls and laundry pre-wash. Wipe or spray onto soiled surface, leave for 3 minutes and rinse off well.
FLEETWASH
Fleetwash is a highly concentrated water-based truck wash degreaser for streak-free washing of vehicles. Contains a pleasant fragrance and anti-corrosion agents. Contains solvents, wetting and sequestering agents for optimum cleaning power. Non-caustic, can also be used on cars, engines, rims, tarpaulins, chassis, and vehicle interiors. High foaming product, can be used with pressure cleaners and foamers. Applications include: washing of all vehicles and for removal of grease and oil from workshop floors and engines. Apply as required and rinse thoroughly with clean running water.
HANDPASTE BIO
Handpaste Bio is a heavy duty waterless hand cleaner with fine grit. It removes most stubborn greases, oils, lubricants and dirt from hands. Quick and economical to use, easy to rinse off. The lanolin additive keeps your hands from drying out and nails from cracking. Does not contain paraffin or other harsh solvents and chemicals. Lingering pleasant almond fragrance. It is suitable for everyday garage, workshop and industrial use.Rub a small quantity well onto dry hands and work it in. Rinse off with clean water. Apply neatly.
PAD 500
PAD 500 is a powerful acid-based concrete cleaner and descaler and aimed for porous surfaces. It contains powerful acid agents to saturate all concrete and heavy duty dirt residues, and dissolve body fats. It is used as a cleaner for cleaning bricks, dry cement, grouting, concrete floors and concrete residues from steelwork. Can also be used for cleaning ceramic toilet bowls and as a descaler to dissolve limestone build-up, to deep clean showers and ablution blocks. Also removes stains from ceramic tiles and other porous surfaces. Normal duty contact time: 2 minutes.
PAD 750
PAD 750 is a stainless steel and aluminium cleaner. Powerful acidic cleaning agent for metals with a high shine finish. After every use, rinse immediately with clean water. The product can be used for: stainless steel tankers, engine blocks, fuel tanks , boilers, aluminium. PAD 750 is also a powerful rust remover which should be used in a dip tank application, undiluted.
IMPORTANT: PAD 750 needs to be diluted correctly according to application. Use appropriate PPE as advised. Cleaning contact time: 30 seconds (cleaning). 30 minutes (rust removal in dip tank, undiluted).

Pro Food Grade Grease is a high quality food grease with Polymer additives with excellent performance properties. The formulation of this grease is based on non-toxic components, which comply with, FDA section 21 CFR 178.3570 for accidental food contact as well as USDA H1 & H2. The base oil is according to DAB and FDA section 178.3620 A. Pro Food Grade Grease is specially formulated for the food and beverage industry as well as the food packaging industry, where the grease might come into contact with the food or the packaging. There will therefore be no risk regarding Pro Food Grade Grease.
